Treatment Coordination

This is the core of what I do: I stay on your side of the table, keep everything in plain language, and remain your single point of contact from first email to final check-up.

My coordination fee is 5% of the treatment plan total cost, with a minimum of €250 and a maximum of €900.

There is no cost to you unless you choose to move forward with treatment.

You may withdraw at any point before that without obligation.

Payment is due upon acceptance of a coordinated treatment plan.

What It Includes

1

Before You Decide

No commitment

  • An initial conversation to understand your situation.
  • Clinic suggestions based on your needs, preferences, and case complexity.
  • One or more preliminary treatment approaches, where appropriate and upon request.
  • Independent guidance on the differences between treatment plans and what they mean in practice.
2

After You Decide to Proceed

  • Keeping the timeline, the clinic's availability, and your expectations in sync.
  • Clinic coordination and confirmation.
  • A personalised treatment and travel calendar.
  • Guidance on documentation for possible reimbursement under EU Directive 2011/24/EU.
  • Ongoing remote support for questions, clarification, or concerns before, during, and after treatment.

Is Treatment Coordination Right for You?

This depends on how much guidance and reassurance you want. Some people are comfortable handling this independently. Others want someone who has done this before and knows where the surprises hide.

My goal is simple: by the time you board the flight, every decision should already be yours, and every detail should already be handled. My role is to help you decide what feels right, not to convince you.

EU Cross-Border Healthcare Reimbursement

If you are an EU citizen and your home country provides public or subsidised dental cover, partial reimbursement of your Romanian dental costs under Directive 2011/24/EU may be available to you. UK patients are not covered by this Directive following Brexit; please check your private insurer directly for any applicable cover.

Under Directive 2011/24/EU, EU citizens may seek reimbursement for medical treatment received in another EU member state, up to the amount their home insurer would have covered at home.

I provide every client with a complete reimbursement guidance pack: a letter template in your language, a checklist of documents required, and step-by-step guidance for submitting your claim.

Reimbursement amounts vary widely by country, by insurer, and by treatment type. German GKV typically reimburses a fixed subsidy (Festzuschuss) per restoration regardless of where the work was done. Italian, French, Belgian, and other public systems each have their own rules. Your insurer makes the final determination based on what they would have paid for equivalent treatment at home.
