You establish the treatment plan remotely, before the patient travels. By the time they arrive, the plan is agreed and you can focus entirely on clinical work.
You handle the treatment
The partner clinic delivers the treatment according to plan. I coordinate accommodation, transport and everything related to the stay, so the clinic's time goes into dentistry, not logistics.
The patient leaves with complete records
At the end of the visit I prepare a file with images, clinical summary and recommendations for the primary dentist. The clinical relationship continues safely.
A clean workflow, no bureaucracy
Every patient sent by DTC comes with a clear summary: what treatment is planned, available investigations, relevant history and home context.
I handle all the logistics: flights, accommodation, transfers, local recommendations. You don't receive calls about hotels or taxis.
Communication happens directly with me, Cristian, via WhatsApp or email. No intermediary platforms or call centres.
Standards I require from partners
- Modern equipment and clear sterilisation and clinical documentation protocols.
- Ability to communicate in English at consultation level, or with the help of a translator.
- Response to DTC communications within 1 business day.
- Availability for 2–5 international patients per month, depending on capacity.

I am not a dentist. I am a chef, fifteen years in professional kitchens, and I became a dental tourism patient myself in Baia Mare. I saw how well everything works when the clinic and primary dentist communicate, and how badly it goes when they don't. This business exists so patients never have to choose between quality and affordability.
