They thank you, say they'll think about it, and you never see them again. Or worse, they come back six months later, having flown alone to a clinic they found on Instagram, with a result nobody approved and nobody wants to finish.

Personally chosen clinics in Baia Mare and Cluj. Modern equipment, multilingual teams. I coordinate every detail of their stay, from airport pickup to the last review before they fly home.
The patient stays with you
They return with full records, images, and a written summary of everything that was done. You finalise, adjust, review. The long-term relationship is yours.
Where your patients will be treated
Both clinics are hand-picked and in-person vetted. When you refer a patient, this is exactly where they go, and these are the people who take care of them.
No commission. No fee-splitting. Full stop.
I know referral arrangements fall under strict professional conduct rules in every country I'm writing to. That is exactly why this model was designed the way it is.
No money flows between your practice and my concierge service. You don't receive a fee for referring. I don't pay one. The patient pays the Romanian clinic directly for the treatment abroad, and pays you directly for the work you do in your chair. These are two separate clinical relationships, properly recorded in both charts.

Why I started this
I'm not a dentist. I'm a chef with fifteen years in professional kitchens, and I became a dental-travel patient myself in Baia Mare. I saw how much better the whole thing works when the primary dentist stays in the loop, and how badly it can go when they don't. This business exists so patients never have to choose between you and affordable treatment. They get both.
Honest about who this works for
Good fit
- You see patients with large treatment plans they can't fund locally
- You'd rather keep the long-term relationship than lose them entirely

- You're comfortable reviewing imaging and records from a vetted partner abroad
Not the right fit
- You expect a referral fee. There isn't one.
- You want to outsource the patient entirely. The patient stays with you.
- Your case volume of large unfunded plans is genuinely low. The numbers won't work for either of us.
