Dental Travel Concierge uses this model to protect your interests

Clinics often pay for dental travel services, leading to hidden incentives, high prices, or pressure.
 
We chose a different model:
• You pay us, and we work exclusively for you.  • Our guidance is not influenced by clinic agreements or commissions.
Our fees reflect the value of the professional time, care, and support we dedicate to your needs.
This typically includes:
• Reviewing your dental information and treatment goals
• Coordinating communication with vetted clinics
• Clarifying treatment approaches, timelines, and logistics
• Being available for questions before, during, and after treatment
 
We view this as more than a simple transaction.
We’re committed to supporting and guiding you throughout every step of your decision-making and treatment journey.
Most clients find that the fee for medical coordination typically ranges from €250 to €900. The exact amount will depend on your unique needs, such as case complexity, number of treatment stages, and how long we work together.
We will always clearly explain your fees before any decisions are made.
You will never encounter unexpected charges or obligations; everything is upfront and straightforward.
We calculate the coordination fee as a percentage of treatment cost, with clear minimum and maximum limits.
You contact us without paying anything.
You pay only if you decide to proceed with treatment.
Please feel free to pause or withdraw at any point before that, without obligation.
This is the foundation of our work. It focuses on advocacy, clarity, and continuity of care.

Medical coordination

Our coordination Fee is 5%  of the treatment plan total cost

  • There's no cost to you unless you choose to move forward with treatment.

    You may withdraw at any point before that without obligation.

    Payment is due upon acceptance of a coordinated treatment plan.

    This depends on how much guidance and reassurance you want. Some people are comfortable navigating care independently. Others value having an advocate who understands both the system and the patient experience.

    Our role is to help you decide what feels right, not to convince you.

  • Guidance on documentation for possible reimbursement under EU Directive 2011/24/EU

  • Ongoing remote support for questions, clarification, or concerns before, during, and after treatment

  • Our goal is to reduce uncertainty and help you make informed decisions.

  • Suitable if you want extra presence at the beginning of treatment.

FULL TRAVEL COMPANION

Our most comprehensive level of in-person support.

  • • Continuous personal assistance from arrival to departure
  • • In-person support at all appointments
  • • On-site translation and escorted local transport
  • • Help with daily needs during recovery
  • Suitable for complex treatments, anxious travelers, older patients, or those seeking continuous reassurance.
